Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines Policy

Creator Affect (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and engaging community for small business owners and content creators. This Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines Policy (“Policy”) outlines the standards and expectations for all members (“Users”) when using the platform. By accessing and using Creator Affect, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. General Conduct

Users must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner when engaging with the platform and other members.
Any form of harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or bullying is strictly prohibited.
Users may not impersonate another individual or misrepresent their identity.
Spamming, scams, and misleading content are not permitted.
Users may not disrupt the normal flow of interaction on the platform or interfere with other members’ experiences.

2. Prohibited Content & Activities

The following types of content and activities are strictly prohibited on Creator Affect:

NSFW Content: Any nudity, sexually suggestive material, pornography, or obscene content.
Hate Speech & Threats: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or other protected characteristics.
Illegal Activity: Discussions, materials, or transactions that encourage or facilitate illegal activity, including fraud or copyright infringement.
Malware & Hacking: Uploading viruses, malicious code, or engaging in hacking activities that compromise the security of the platform.
Unauthorized Advertising & Solicitations: Promotion of unrelated businesses, unsolicited commercial content, or spam messages.
Follow-for-Follow or Artificial Engagement Schemes: Any attempt to artificially boost follower counts or engagement metrics.

3. Group & Messaging Guidelines

Users may create and participate in groups related to small business ownership, content creation, and professional development.
Group administrators are responsible for ensuring discussions remain relevant and do not violate this Policy.
Users may send direct messages but may not use messaging features for spam, harassment, or unsolicited sales pitches.
Creator Affect reserves the right to remove any group or message thread that violates this Policy.

4. Platform Integrity & Security

Users may not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or reverse-engineer platform features.
Any unauthorized access attempts, security breaches, or use of automated scripts/bots will result in immediate termination of access.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and reporting any suspected breaches.

5. Content Ownership & Copyright

Users retain ownership of their user-generated content (UGC) but must have the legal right to post any materials they upload.
Any unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of copyrighted materials is prohibited.
Creator Affect reserves the right to remove content that infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights.

6. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this Policy may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, or account termination, depending on the severity of the violation.
Creator Affect reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against repeat offenders or users engaging in harmful activities.
Users who believe they have been unfairly penalized may submit an appeal to Legal@CreatorAffect.com.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter any behavior that violates this Policy, please report it by contacting Support@CreatorAffect.com.
Reports will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken based on the circumstances.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in community standards and platform regulations.
Users will be informed of updates via email and platform notifications.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
