Welcome to the Creator Affect Affiliate Program! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the program. By signing up and using your affiliate account, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the program.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Creator Affect Affiliate Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have an active website, blog, podcast, or social media presence relevant to small businesses or content creators.
Provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Affiliate Commissions
Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 30% recurring commission on every membership subscription referred.
Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid twice a month.
Tracking: Referral cookies last 90 days, meaning commissions are credited if a user signs up within 90 days of clicking your link.
No Commission on Self-Referrals: You cannot earn commissions on your own membership.
Chargebacks & Refunds: If a referred member cancels or issues a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your balance.
3. Responsibilities of Affiliates
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Creator Affect in an ethical and responsible manner.
Disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., include a disclaimer such as: "As an affiliate of Creator Affect, I earn commissions when you sign up through my link.")
Only use approved marketing materials provided by Creator Affect.
Avoid spamming, misleading promotions, or deceptive advertising.
Not engage in fraudulent or manipulative activities to earn commissions.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Use misleading or false claims in promotions.
Bid on Creator Affect’s brand name or trademarks in paid search ads.
Use cookie stuffing, unauthorized pop-ups, or other deceptive tactics.
Engage in any illegal or unethical behavior while promoting Creator Affect.
Offer incentives, cashbacks, or discounts in exchange for sign-ups.
Use the platform for personal referrals (self-signups or circular referrals).
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Affiliate Referral-Based Membership Benefits
Affiliates who maintain 20 active referrals are eligible for a free profile on Creator Affect.
Timeframe to Qualify: New affiliates have one month to acquire 20 referrals and qualify for a free profile.
Ongoing Requirement: If an affiliate’s referral count drops below 20, they will have two weeks to regain the missing referrals.
Loss of Free Profile: If the affiliate fails to meet the required referral count within the grace period, their free profile will be revoked, and they will need to subscribe to maintain access to the platform.
6. Intellectual Property & Brand Use
Creator Affect grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved branding materials solely for promoting the program.
Affiliates must not modify, misrepresent, or misuse Creator Affect’s trademarks, logos, or copyrighted content.
Unauthorized use of Creator Affect branding outside of affiliate promotions is strictly prohibited.
7. Reposting Affiliate Content
From time to time, Creator Affect may request permission to repost clips, images, or testimonials from affiliates on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
We will always ask for explicit consent before doing so.
We will only repost content with the affiliate’s approval.
8. Termination of Affiliate Accounts
Creator Affect reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account if:
The affiliate violates these Terms or engages in prohibited activities.
The affiliate engages in unethical or illegal promotions.
The account remains inactive for more than 6 months without any new referrals.
If an account is terminated, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at Creator Affect’s discretion.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Creator Affect provides the affiliate program "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding potential earnings.
We are not responsible for tracking failures due to user settings, cookie deletion, or technical limitations.
Participation in the program is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Creator Affect is not liable for any lost earnings, technical issues, or disputes arising from the program.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the program.
11. Modifications to the Terms
Creator Affect may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Significant updates will be communicated to affiliates, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Arkansas.
